You will need:
- cinnamon incense stick
Light a cinnamon incense stick in the centre of the room and walk to the north-east wall. Say:
Earth and air, do what you should,
Purify this room to do good
Blow evil away
So I will, so I say
Draw a pentagram of smoke and use the incense stick to stab through the centre. Walk to the south-east corner of the room and say:
Air and fire, blow away evil as I desire
Burn away pain, get rid of my bane
Repeat the pentagram, stab the centre and walk to the south-west corner of the room and say:
Fire and water, burn away the pain, be rid of my bane
Wash away fear. From evil, my path is clear.
Repeat the pentagram and stab the centre. Walk to the centre of the room, point the incense stick to the sky and say:
As above
Drop an ash from the incense and say:
So below
For my path of peace and love
From my life, evil must go
As I will it, so it shall be,
In perfect love and perfect trust, depart from me
