Here is a healing potpourri I love to use from Scott Cunningham’s books which I use a lot of and I hope it’s ok for me to post it with the sources cited. I use worksheets a lot too. This is the same healing potpourri going into the Healing Spellbox that I’m formulating now based on Luna’s Becoming a Wiccan course.

    Healing Potpourri
    By Summerlight
Thursday 3rd January 2019 Waning Crescent Moon in Sagittarius.
What’s it for?: For use in all healing spells and rituals.
    What’s in it?:
1 cup Rosemary leaves for healing
¼ cup Coriander seed for health and healing
¼ cup Sandalwood chips for healing
    2 tablespoons Peppermint for healing
    1 tablespoon Allspice for healing
How do you make it?: Gather all the ingredients for the spell. All ingredients should be completely dried and use what you have and don’t be afraid to substitute. Place the first ingredient into a large bowl, sift it through your fingers enjoying the aroma while visualising what you want it to do in your spell.
Add each ingredient separately following the same system: touch, smell, and visualise. Rub the herbs together with your fingers, blending their energies, vibrations and fragrances. Keep visualisation what you want them to do. Feel their energies withing your hands and fingers. Immerse yourself in this moment and experience toward your intent. Place the potpourri in a suitable container and use as needed.
How do you use it?: Use in any containment magick such as in spellboxes or spellbottles. Use as potpourri or perhaps as an incense or roll your oiled spell candles in it for dressing them. The only limit is your creativity and imagination. If the recipe quantities are too large, halve them or more to suit your needs.
