Well my new job is going good. Survived my first week. Nice to have a full time job now with insurance. College is going great, keeping up my grades but now rearranging my homework schedule. Since live closer and during training out by 4:30 everyday, makes easier to do homework. But hate getting up in the morning early…like 5 am early!! View
Just trying to get my eating under control. Just not eating as should. And having to watch my diabetes puts spin. Do walk for exercise(good thing) but just rethink stuff. Any suggestions for non pounding exercise? Also easy for ppl with osteoarthritis? Need to take care of this body….only one I have.
