    The simple practice of gratitude every day will change your entire life.
    • Practicing gratitude helps me remain humble, grounded, and positive. I used this to get through two weeks in the hospital (came in contact with something at work) I was connected to an NG tube and in severe pain. I am so grateful for all the care I received while ill. Gratitude helps one feel calm, and to avoid becoming part of the ‘rat race’ or “keeping up with the Jones” type behaviors.
