Fresh Mint Tea
- 4 dozen fresh peppermint or spearmint leaves
- 1 cup of boiling water
Rinse and dry leaves with paper towel, put them in teapot and pour boiling water over them. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain into cup. This tea is somewhat stronger than a tea made purely for a beverage.
Fennel Seed Tea
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoons of fennel seeds
- 1 cup boiling water
Crush seeds lightly. Add to teapot and pour boiling water over them. Let steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain into cup.
