It is nice to ” meet” you! I also grew up in the country, but in Mississippi. I can remember going camping in the woods and even in your back yard to star and moon gaze! I wish you the best and hope you find what you are looking for at this school!
I have always kept ,my Aloe Vera plants in the kitchen next to the window as did my grandmother. One tip I can think of is to make sure the top soil dries completely between watering. Hi Aurora, it seems we both lack a green thumb which is normally prescribed to those in the Craft LOL!
If I stumble across anything, I shall post it here for you. I do plan to attend a couple seminars on how not to kill basic plants so hopefully i learn something that might help us. Have you looked on Youtube?
