  • Fettuccine
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Carrots
  • Green Peas
  • Green and Red Bell Peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Red onions
  • Garlic
  • Chili Pepper (fresh)
  • Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • Cheese, grated
  • Milk
  • Teaspoon of Butter

Okay, so I wanted some carbs today but I really felt for some broccoli. Especially since I’m on a healthy-eating diet. Sorry I can’t give measurements because I just add in as I go. The tough thing when you’re doing it with fresh veges (which is what I did), you have to steam/boil them all one at a time. But to save time, while you’re boiling one, you’re prepping another to cook. Throw the steamed/boiled veges and the boiled fettuccine into a wok, pour in some milk, grate some cheese over it, add in the butter and black pepper and simmer covered on a low heat for about 10 mins. Watch it carefully though because the bottom will burn a bit if you’re not careful. I was not careful.

It tasted pretty awesome. For you cheese-lovers, you can add in more cheese or even a white cheese sauce.
